Our twice weekly Yoga sessions are for the beginner or for those who would like to work in a safe and closely supervised environment. Run in small groups of 6-10 attendees, our Yoga classes include a comprehensive stretching , strengthening, relaxation, balance and breathwork session, that will help you feel restored.

Our classes include a fusion of Hatha, Iyengar and Slow Vinyasa styles, along with elemental Pilates techniques and breathwork.

Physio Fit

Our Physio Fit sessions are dedicated to improving and maintaining your overall well being and physical function. Working out in our gym to music, we utilise a range of equipment to improve your strength, cardiovascular health, flexibility , balance and bone health.

No-one is too old or disabled to join our group – we will individually tailor to your needs!
