PROST! Exercise 4 Prostate Cancer Inc. stands as a community-based, non-profit exercise initiative for men that have been diagnosed with prostate cancer. Our mission is to foster an atmosphere where men’s health concerns are given priority, acknowledged, and addressed with empathy, understanding, and motivation.

Dedicated to aiding men in their pursuit of improved well-being, we emphasise strengthening Body, Brotherhood, Mind and Spirits through our prostate cancer support network in Perth.

PROST! Exercise 4 Prostate Cancer Inc. offers the following to its members:

  • Specialised exercise training and support during our prostate cancer gym sessions and social events
  • Pre- and post-surgery assistance for continence and erectile function recovery
  • A comprehensive approach encompassing pelvic floor muscle training, resistance exercises, cardiovascular workouts, as well as Pilates and Yoga techniques
  • Skilled Exercise Physiologists & Physiotherapists at gyms and football clubs across the Perth metro area including Leederville, Joondalup and Fremantle 
  • A versatile framework, adaptable to various locations
  • Established by eminent men’s health physiotherapist Dr Jo Milios (PhD), PROST! seeks to inform, empower, and uplift men during their journey with prostate cancer.
